A joint Mother's Day gift
A Mother's Day gift from all of you, in your own voices.
Flowers last a week. This year, send one link to your brothers and sisters. Each of you tells a memory of Mom out loud in two minutes, and on Sunday she gets a board of stories and voice messages from all her kids.
One gift from all her kids
Siblings rarely manage a joint gift. Someone has to pick it, someone has to chase the money, and whoever lives furthest away feels left out. With a board, each of you adds your own memory from wherever you are, and Mom gets all of them at once.
The usual card
Happy Mother's Day! 💐

A Story Den Mother's Day board
The night before the science fair, the volcano collapsed. Mom didn't say a word about leaving it to the last minute. She "pulled flour and vinegar out of the pantry like it was an emergency kit," and they rebuilt it together at the kitchen table until midnight. "It didn't win. I didn't care."

From link to Sunday morning
- A week before
Make the board
Choose Mother's Day, add a line about her for Athena if you like, and pay once. Send the link to the family group chat, and text it to anyone who isn't in it.
- That week
Everyone adds a memory
Each person opens the link, adds their name and tells one memory out loud. Athena, Story Den's interviewer, asks a follow-up or two. Then they can record a short message for Mom.
- Sunday
Give it to her
Send her the link with breakfast, or open it together on a video call. The best lines are at the top, and Play all runs through every voice message.
Why it makes a good Mother's Day gift
She hears all of you
Every voice message plays in a row. For a mom whose kids are spread across cities, that's the whole family in one place.
Stories she didn't know you remembered
The small things she did without thinking are often what her kids remember most, and she may never have heard them said.
The grandkids can join
Nobody has to write anything, so even the little ones can tell her a story, with a parent holding the phone.
It doesn't wilt
The board is a link she keeps. She can open it again next Mother's Day, or any day she misses you.
One payment. No subscription.
The board, its pictures and every voice message are hers to keep.

Questions
When should I start a Mother's Day board?
A week or two before is plenty. Mother's Day in the US and Canada is Sunday, May 9, 2027. Send the link to the family early and post one reminder a few days before.
Who can add a memory?
Anyone with the link: her kids, her partner, the grandkids, her sisters, her oldest friends. Up to 8 people on the $19 board and 50 on the $29 one.
We live in different cities. Does that matter?
No. Everyone adds their memory from their own phone, wherever they are. On the day, send Mom the board's link, or open it together on a video call and press Play all to hear every voice message.
Can we make one for Grandma too?
Yes. A board can be for any mother, grandmother or mother figure. Make a separate board for each, so each one gets her own stories.
What if I change my mind?
If nobody has added a memory yet, we'll refund you in full within 14 days of paying. Just email contact@storyden.io. The details are in our terms.
